I have lived in Phoenix for 25 years and have always loved the North Valley. Close to the Carefree Highway, our home has a great view of the desert sunrise to the east, and is surrounded by mountains on three sides. Hot air balloons dot the view when the weather is cooler and we often get to enjoy the sound of coyotes in the distance. My husband and I frequently go 4-wheeling east of Carefree in the beautiful wilderness around Bartlett Lake, or west of Anthem behind Lake Pleasant.
My appreciation for this area also serves my clients very well. I don't pretend to know it all, but I do take my role seriously and have a good track record of listening to my clients needs.
I also invest heavily in my education. As a fully licensed agent, I am up to date on all of the current requirements for home sales, and have finished advanced coursework for Realtors at the Graduate Realtor Institute as well as earning my ePRO designation for working with clients on the Internet. I never get tired of viewing houses, and view at least 10 in my area each week because I want to know all the specifics of what's available for both my Internet and local clients.
