Since this is a major retirement mecca, a majority of the residents are older than 55, but we do have several non-age restricted areas within Green Valley for families and we support the two school districts, Continental and Sahuarita. Green Valley is unique in many ways. For one, it offers 12 recreation centers for numerous activities such as racketball, tennis, arts and crafts classes, swimming, fitness rooms to name a few. Surrounded by mountain ranges, the Santa Rita mountain range to the east gives beautiful vistas plus the eight golf courses offer green rolling hills, not to mention over 5,000 acres of pecan orchards.

There are three major shopping centers plus specialty shops throughout. Home prices ranges from $55,000 to $1,000,000 plus.

Green Valley is off of I-19, and just 25 miles south of Tucson. Nogales is a short driving distance away. The Tucson Airport (TUX) is 25 minutes away.
