The Village is a carefully planned, private community of homes, townhouses, churches, commercial centers with business and professional services, medical clinics, library, and $35,500,000 in recreational amenities, including eight lakes and 117 holes of golf.
The Bella Vista Property Owners Association charges property owners a $14 monthly assessment for use of the villages facilities. Some user fees apply. Townhouse owners are assessed an additional $35 per month by the Bella Vista Townhouse Association.
Bentonvile and Bella Vista offer many educational opportunities for area residents.
