Community Overview
Discovery Bay began in the 1970's as vacation home or retirement village that tapped into Delta recreation. Today most of the homes are permanent residences and the area offers a unique variety of homes to fit any particular lifestyle. Many homes back up to the water or golf course. Prices are very affordable starting at just over $300,000. The recreational possibilities are endless within and around Discovery Bay. There is a country club and eighteen hole championship golf course as well as 1,100 miles of waterways for all types of water sports including fishing, boating, and water-skiing. Discovery Bay has one of the nicest marinas in the Delta. Baseball and soccer for the kids. A complete athletic & fitness club with state of the art equipment, swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, picnic area and kite clubs. Discovery Bay also offers a yacht Club, a community park, an award-winning k-12 school system, and much, much more.

Discovery Bay Housing
Discovery Bay is a master planned development located between Stockton and Antioch on Highway 4. The Community is built on the San Joaquin Delta River and the majority of homes have water frontage. We also have a championship 18-hole golf course which gives you the choice of water or golf course living. Currently there are approximately 3,700 homes, condos, and duets, with several thousand more planned or under construction.
