Population: 9,821 Incorporated in 1798 and pleasently set between the Naugatuck and Housatonic Rivers, Oxford has the pastoral beauty of sweeping meadows and open fields, charming country neighborhoods and the opportunity for light industry, Oxford is a perfect choice for peaceful family living.
