Grant is unincorporated and known for its commercial fishing, crab and oyster houses along U.S. 1. Grant is also the home of the Grant Seafood Festival, an annual event in February. It is Florida's oldest seafood festival. Grant is located West of US 1, about 15 miles South of Melbourne.
