Commute times are fairly easy with an 11-mile stretch of three different highways leading to the heart of the Seattle Metropolitan Area.

Brywn Mawr-Skyway is one of Seattle's more affluent neighborhoods with median house values in the $180,000 range. There is a good ethnic mix in the commuinity with a large African-American and Filipino population.
