Let me introduce myself. Originally from New Haven, I have also lived several years in Branford, and have spent many summers in Waterford and Niantic, boating on the Niantic Bay and river, and Long Island Sound by Branford and Guilford. Relocations with IBM Corporation took me to Chicago in 1983 for a few years and then to the San Francisco Bay Area. I left IBM in 1993 and worked as a computer mainframe consultant with clients across the country until 2002 when I moved back to my home state of Connecticut and now reside in Guilford. Along the way I have done a good amount of personal real estate business including several home purchases, sales, relocations, and dealings with tenants and easements. I have chosen Real Estate as a profession because I love to help people with their real estate needs. I enjoy the process and feel my experience will continue to benefit those who choose to utilize my knowledge of the shoreline and the commercial market.  
 
I specialize in commercial as well as residential real estate along the shoreline from Milford to New London and more.  I am a licensed REALTOR®, member of the NewHaven Board of REALTORS®, proudly working with The Geenty Group.  I am prepared to work very hard for Geenty Group's clients to meet their needs of leasing or selling commercial space, or residential clients who would like to sell their home or buy just the right home.
