Lifelong North Georgia and metro Atlanta natives. Previously, Claudia had a successful career with the Georgia State Department of Education; Carl, a successful advertising executive for McGraw-Hill Publishing prior to deciding to become a small business owner with the formation of a retail, Construction Equipment Rental business. Over the course of 18 years, we grew the business into a local industry leader, then sold it to a large competitor. We became interested in the Real Estate industry as a result of the purchase and sale of various Residential, Commercial and Investment properties for our own personal and/or business applications. |
