Ella specializes in representing her clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences and investment properties in the Augusta, GA to Aiken, SC areas. Ella keeps current on all real estate transactions in the CSRA so that she can better educate and advise you on fair market values.

Professional & Personal Highlights
Ella was born and raised in Southern Maryland. Most of her career has been spent in the advertising and marketing-related fields. Ella's previous job experience includes serving as director of advertising for a major trade association in Washington, DC, including managing a multi-million dollar advertising campaign; and serving as a general contractor/builder in the CSRA for approximately four years, building spec and custom homes.  In 2002, Ella pursued  her "dream career" and combined her interest in working with people with her knowledge and experience in real estate. As a result, she has been recognized on numerous occasions for her efforts in helping families buy homes. She was named Rookie of the Year at Sherman and Hemstreet GMAC in Augusta after only six months on the job.  She worked for one of the top local real estate companies and was the recipient of numerous production and customer-service related awards.  In 2007, she joined the national franchise company of Realty Executives of Greater Augusta.  Ella is currently ranked as one of the top 50 real estate agents (out of some 1200) in the CSRA. 

Ella serves as the Relocate America representative for the Augusta area, assisting out-of-area clients with their relocation needs. As a certified, experienced relocation agent, Ella will help make your move to Augusta as stress-free as possible. Ella has lots of experience working with top relocation companies, including Cartus, Cendant and USAA and is specially trained to assist her  clients relocating to and from the Augusta, GA, area.

Ella is licensed in both Georgia and South Carolina and is on the Board of Realtors with both Augusta, GA and Aiken, SC.  She and holds several national designations or certifications, including the "Accredited Buyers Representative" certification and is working toward her CRS (Certified Residential Specialization). On behalf of her Sellers, Ella recently completed the "Accredited Sellers Representative" certification classes. In addition, each quarter Ella voluntarily takes continuing education classes on the latest technologies, law changes and real estate practices in order to serve her clients better.

On a personal note, Ella lives on a farm in Hephzibah, GA, where she enjoys her pets -- horses, dogs and cats. -- and enjoys travelling and seeing new places.
