I know all the hassles that can come with buying and selling your home, I have done it myself quite a few times and have assisted many others in doing it. I also know that having the right real estate agent can make all of the the difference.

I started my career in real estate after having a few bad experiences with agents myself. That is why I am dedicated to making your experience one you will be glad to share with others.

I will be there for you, from start to finish. Whether it is a home inspection, negotiating, or helping you find the right mortgage professional; I will be there for you and your needs, for the entire process.

My Family
I was born and raised in Missouri (or as I so fondly call it, MISERY). I lived there until I was about 20 years old. My first experience in NH was a Summer Camp in Charleston, where I was a counselor. After that first summer here I considered NH home. I went back to Missouri in the fall and stayed there until the next summer, when I returned to the same camp. That year I met my wife, who was born and raised in NH. We were married early in that winter.

My wife Jodie and I had our first child in July of 2001, we named him Jonathan Israel Runyon, he died one week later, due to hospital error during his birth.

In early 2003 we had our second son, we named him Elijah Abishai Runyon. He is now a handful and fully into those terrible two's and three's.

After his birth we all moved to Southern California so that I could attend bible college. Two years later we are now back home in NH, we missed it too much to stay away. On December 9th of 2005, we had our third child. A little girl we named Elisabeth Charis (pronounced kar-eece) Runyon.

We currently reside in Penacook, NH (Concord).
