Evie has been licensed for 10 years and thrives on the technology and marketing aspects of real estate. She has also worked for several real estate attorneys. My 27 years of real estate experience is in all price ranges and includes extensive work with transferee buyers and sellers as well as relocation Broker Price Opinions and marketing. I am thorough in preparation of Comparative Market Analyses and in preparation for showing properties. After consulting with buyers on their desires in a property, I love matching people with homes/condos or land. EVELYN MCNAIR

I'm Evelyn McNair, Mendham resident for the past 30 years (since the fifth grade!!) and licensed Realtor® since 1992. I'm committed to providing the highest level of service possible to my clients and pride myself on being honest, thorough and conscionable. I stay educated on happenings in the market, community, and technology in order to provide the best professional advice and counsel. As part of my continuing education, I have earned the National Association of Realtors ® certification of e-PRO (Certified Internet Professional). I'm also a member of the Real Estate Cyberspace Society (RECS). My SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) designation qualifies me to better serve the mature community.

In my spare time I love playing the piano and teaching private lessons, riding my Harley Sportster, broadening my horizons, and doing just about anything to make another person smile.
