Elsie is a California native who grew up on a cattle ranch. Having spent most of her life in the cattle business, Elsie has a keen business sense as well as a strong appreciation for the land.

Married and the mother of three adult sons, Elsie is also the grandmother of 4. Her 2 granddaughters attend elementary school locally and her involvement with them and their activities has given Elsie an acute awareness of the needs and wants of families in the area.
