BACKGROUND

For many years, I commuted by train to Manhattan to work in various sales and marketing positions.  During that time, I developed a passion for real estate by reading a number of real estate investment books each day on the train.  Once my child was born, I decided that the commute to the city would not allow me to spend enough time with my family, and that I needed to make a career change. 

My wife and I had moved several times, but never had much satisfaction with the real estate agents that we contacted.  We found that a lot of "old school" agents were too busy to return phone calls, and very few responded to e-mails, which was our preferred method of contact.  I knew that I could apply my sales and marketing skills, my real estate knowledge, and my business habits to become the kind of real estate agent that my wife and I searched for, but never found.

Technological advances and the information age have redefined the agent / client relationship.  Now, more than ever, the buying and selling public is online and well-informed.  Many agents don't like the move towards the Internet, but I embrace it fully because it is not only the wave of the future, it is how business is being done today.

This move towards the Internet has made real estate a more fast-paced profession.  You, as a buyer or seller, deserve a timely response to whatever inquiries you may have.  My system is set up to respond to people in a very prompt manner.

As licensed professionals, we are required by law to pursue continuing education in real estate.  This is something that I find to be extremely vital to enhance my ability to provide the most up-to-date information, and to use the latest technology to benefit my clients, which is why I take many more classes than the state requires to maintain my license.
